Triune Wellness Center is pleased to offer COMPLIMENTARY HEALTH AND WELLNESS SEMINARS open to the public the First Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM beginning on Tuesday, May 3.

Schedule of Topics for 2005:

May 3: Cravings Deconstructed-An introduction to understanding you food CRAVINGS! This discussion will address cravings and how they are a solution NOT the problem!We will look at the energetics of food, how food's natural properties contribute to craving cycles, and explore cravings and the qualities of cravings. In addition, we will address ways to modify cravings without relying on willpower or deprivation, but instead utilizing understanding and compassion.

June 7: Yoga - Learn about the health benefits (with demonstration)

July 5: Whole Foods - Foods for Whole Health

August 2: Caffeine - Effects and healthy alternatives for VITAL(not manic) energy

September 6: Sugar Blues - Find out why you need to get the sugar OUT!

October 4: Seasonal Diet - Ensure health year around

November 1: Breath of Life - Learn to REENERGIZE with simple breathing and stretching

December 6: Health Food Store - The easy basics for making the most of them

Monthly discussions will be led by Jillian Bird, Holistic Health Counselor and
